I'm a father, a runner, a blogger.
My running resume reads like the side of a milk carton. I didn't run track & field in high school. I'm the favorite to win, only when running alone. My performance typically manifests a half step ahead of mediocrity. Larger regionals -- a MOPer, smaller middle distance races occasionally top 5 in age group, which is encouraging! But that's not the point. Regardless of ribbons and accolades, I have developed a deep love of the run. On road and off road, measured among peers or alone with solitude, when the endorphins begin to kick-in it becomes an near spiritual experience. Its freedom from and the moment seized. I encourage you to live free.
I'm thrilled to be able to share my experiences in the pursuit of freedom with you, enjoy!
